"Laissez lire, et laissez danser, ces deux amusements ne feront jamais de mal au monde." - Voltaire
Kelly is a graduate of the DancEast Professional Progrem and former member of the DancEast Young Company. She was one of the original cast members of the DancEast & Friends' production of The Nutcreacker, and performed in the show for 3 years. She continued dancing while at McGill University, becoming one of the coordinators and choreographers of the student-run McGill Contemporary Dance Ensemble. She was invited to become a senior faculty member at the DancEast Dance Centre, before continuing her dance training at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre Professional Training Program. While attending Dalhousie University, she continued teaching and taking various dance classes with the DalDance Society. Kelly moved to Prince Edward Island 2 years ago, and has been dancing and teaching with the Island Dance Academy.
Influences: The amazing teachers and artists (too numerous to count) that she has had the great privilege to work with over the past 15 years, and DancEast for nurturing her passion.
Aspirations: To continue dancing until the end of her days.
Fact: Kelly works in cancer research. She love to sing. She is a big fan of Stephen King, and recently got a picture of herself in front of his house. She is, however, not a stalker.
