Summer 2008 - Sobers School of Music & Dance summer program
Savannah Belsher is now offering an Adult Jazz/Hip Hop class (for ages 14+) over July and August. Sign up for the full summer semester or drop-ins only $10!
Sobers is taking requests for other dance styles with both Savannah and Keely Turner, as well as Belly Dancing lessons with Patrica MacLean.

July 23-August 11, 2008 - That Dance Show @ The Delta Hotel in Charlottetown
Featuring a cast of 20 dancers, That Dance Show takes a look at the history of dance, and it's finest moments. That Dance Show "kicks" off with a furious Can-Can and ends up with our contemporaries with a tribute to the B-boy. Along the way the audience experiences how social change and evolution manifested it's way into people's bodies and changed the way we moved. That Dance Show features numbers like the Charleston, the Lindy-Hop, the Frug, Disco, Breakout Dancing, Step, Stomp, Circus...and pays tribute to the world's greatest moments in dance.
Show runs at the Delta Hotel in Charlottetown, Sunday to Friday evenings at 8:00pm . Matines are Tuesday and Thursday at 2:00pm. Tickets are $30. *$15 matines for kids.

July 27-31, 2008 - Broadway Bound Summer
This 5-day workshop will feature dance styles such as Broadway, Jazz, Tap, Step, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Break Dancing, Ballroom, and Modern.  This session will also include Partnering (lifts), Staged combat, Aerial hoop, aerial silks, trapeze, hand balance, tumbling, and trampoline.
Voice: Intensive Musical theatre workshop offered by Lisa St. Clair.
Acting: Master scene study classes - contemporary and classics
Other: tickets to see That Dance Show, and after the performance (student’s request) learn choreography from the show!
Students will be split into three groups, and have access to all the instructors.  Junior: ages10-12, Intermediate: ages 13-15, and Senior: ages 15+ The cost of this intensive workshop is:
